Finally...Katie & Brian

Finally was the word that suited Katie & Brian's wedding...having met 7 years ago in their sophomore year Spanish class, everyone was so happy that they were FINALLY getting married.

So appropriate, I suppose, that I had some technical difficulties getting their slide show posted and therefore I FINALLY got it up. My apologies to Katie, Brian and their friends and and family who were anxious to see the images.


Katie, Brian & I met all the way back in December at a Starbucks where we talked about their summer wedding at St. Brenden's church in Hilliard. They told me about meeting in Spanish class and warmed my heart with the tale of marrying their high school sweetheart.

The wedding was perfect from Katie finding her dress after the saleswoman told her it was sold out to Brian's brother offering quite possibly the funniest best man's toast that I've ever heard to the SAME sweet woman cutting their cake who had cut Katie's parents' wedding cake years before! The staff at the Clintonville Women's Club was great and it was an excellent reception spot where Katie & Brian got to set up their Wii for friends and family to enjoy when they weren't dancing (which was not often!)
